- What variety do you supply?
- Exclusively Medjool — the King of Dates. We grow only this variety and do not blend.
- Where is your fruit grown?
- On our family-run farm in Jordan's Jordan Valley — one of the world's premier Medjool growing regions.
- Are you certified?
- Yes. Our farm is GLOBALG.A.P. certified. The SMETA social audit is in preparation.
- What is your minimum order quantity?
- One pallet (~750 kg) for first orders. Flexible from the second order on.
- What Incoterms do you offer?
- FCA Amman, FOB Aqaba, CIF to European ports (Rotterdam, Hamburg, Antwerp, Marseille, Algeciras), and DAP Germany on request.
- What is the lead time?
- Typically 3–5 weeks from order confirmation, depending on port and season.
- When is harvest?
- September to October in the Jordan Valley. Shipping from Aqaba starts late October. Year-round availability from cold storage.
- What sizes are available?
- Super Jumbo (25 g+), Jumbo (19–24 g), Large (14–18 g), Medium (9–13 g).
- What packaging is available?
- 5 kg bulk carton (standard), 1 kg, 500 g, 250 g. Pitted, halved or IQF on request.
- Do you provide samples?
- Yes. On request we ship a complimentary standard sample per grade.
- What documents come with each shipment?
- COA, GLOBALG.A.P. certificate (copy), commercial invoice, packing list, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin (EUR.1 where applicable).
- How fast do you respond to inquiries?
- Within one business day.
